I really enjoyed this project as the brief was quite open. Papad is a restaurant specialising in Indian street food. The restaurant decor was being done with a lot of reclaimed wood and furniture to give it a chic street food vibe so I drew inspiration from this when creating their logo using a mixture of fonts, sizes and baselines to compliment the ‘reclaimed’ look. Papad also wanted a bespoke wall graphic created to fit the length of the restaurant. I created this layering a mix of photographs, patterns, stamps, colours and textures. The finished installation is striking and works perfectly in it’s space. I also created business stationery and menus for the new restaurant, using the wall graphic artwork as a design feature throughout.
